Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion or PAGCOR exclusion order;
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ki887 or any of its affiliated game providers.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You are required to keep your ki887 account information accurate and up to date at all times. Ki887 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account Rules

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ki887 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki887 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Ki887 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Ki887 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 Account Activity

All bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your ki887 account are deemed to have been made by you. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from ki887's verified technical error or negligence.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Ki887 may apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a balance, or may close inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address or mobile number.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ki887 accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks), and other methods as displayed on the ki887 deposit page at the time of transaction. Available payment methods may be modified without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on ki887 is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos) per transaction, unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

5.3 Deposit Finality

All deposits made to your ki887 account are final and non-reversible once credited. Ki887 does not accept requests to reverse completed deposits. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, you must contact ki887 support immediately, and ki887 will investigate but cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Ki887 strictly prohibits deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Withdrawals

6.4 Withholding of Withdrawals

Ki887 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: KYC verification is incomplete; fraud or suspicious activity is detected; a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; a chargeback has been initiated by the Member; or where ki887 is required to comply with a legal or regulatory order. In such cases, ki887 will communicate the reason for the delay to the Member.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by ki887 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply: bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted; wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited; bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Ki887 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the systematic placing of low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play; the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; the exploitation of promotional errors or system glitches. Where bonus abuse is detected, ki887 reserves the right to revoke the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the offending account.

7.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

Ki887 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion at the time it is withdrawn will be bound by the terms applicable at the time of their claim.

Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ki887 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure bets are placed correctly before confirmation. Ki887 cannot reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error on ki887's part caused the bet to be accepted incorrectly.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

8.3 Void Bets

8.4 Disputed Outcomes

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, ki887's records shall be the primary reference. If a Member disputes an outcome, the matter must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published. Ki887 will review all available evidence including system logs, game records, and where applicable, provider confirmation. Ki887's decision following review is final, subject to a Member's right to escalate to PAGCOR.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ki887 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Creating, operating, or participating in multiple ki887 accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or contact information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live casino or any other multiplayer game format;
• Using ki887 for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime;
• Making deposits via payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ki887 accounts;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law;
• Any conduct that disrupts the Platform's operations or other Members' enjoyment of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on ki887.org — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ki887 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without ki887's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki887 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of business or data; or system downtime or unavailability.

Ki887's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming

Ki887 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides Members with tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your ki887 account dashboard at any time.

If you believe your gambling is no longer recreational and is causing harm to yourself or others, ki887 urges you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact ki887 support to request an account suspension. Ki887 will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately and will not market to a self-excluded Member during the exclusion period.

Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your ki887 account at any time by contacting ki887 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing timeframes. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 Termination by ki887

Ki887 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: you have breached any provision of these Terms; ki887 is required to do so by PAGCOR or a Philippine court order; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected on your account; or ki887 determines that continued service to you poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account by ki887 for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, prohibited conduct), ki887 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Where termination is without cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with ki887's withdrawal processes.

Amendments to These Terms

Ki887 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ki887 will provide notice via: (a) a notification displayed on ki887.org; (b) an email to your registered email address; or (c) an SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number — as applicable.

Amended Terms take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after notice is provided for material changes. Your continued use of ki887 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of ki887 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ki887's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. Ki887 will endeavour to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute is not resolved through ki887's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Failing resolution through PAGCOR's process, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
